The Blue House es una encantadora casa de pueblo totalmente reformada, distribuida en tres plantas, que ofrece tres amplios dormitorios con dos baños completos y tiene capacidad para siete personas, ideal para toda la familia.
El interior de la casa tiene un encantador estilo andaluz que le da un carácter distintivo y acogedor.
UBICACIÓN CASCO HISTÓRICO
La Casa Azul está situada en la parte histórica de este encantador pueblo andaluz, muy cerca de la playa en una calle peatonal, por lo que no es accesible en coche.
A menos de 50 metros hay una pequeña plaza con una pequeña tienda de comestibles y a veces aparcamiento. Es un lugar muy útil y conveniente para dejar a la gente o el equipaje.
DORMIR
En la planta intermedia, donde está la entrada, hay un dormitorio doble y un gran cuarto de baño con bañera, ducha, lavabo e inodoro.
En la planta baja hay otros dos dormitorios. Uno con cama de matrimonio y el otro con una cama individual y literas. En la misma planta hay un cuarto de baño con ducha, lavabo e inodoro, un lavadero con lavadora y secadora y una zona de TV.
ESTAR
La casa está distribuida en tres plantas y en la planta superior encontrará un salón-comedor con cocina americana totalmente equipada y la preciosa azotea totalmente amueblada con cocina abierta, barbacoa, zona chillout y comedor al aire libre. Desde aquí se puede disfrutar de impresionantes vistas de la bahía, el pueblo y las montañas, especialmente durante las puestas de sol 'tutticolori'.

DISTRIBUTION & STYLE
The Blue House is a charming, fully renovated village house, set over three floors, and offers three spacious bedrooms with two full bathrooms and can sleep up to seven people, ideal for the whole family.
The interior of the house has a charming Andalusian style that gives it a distinctive and welcoming character.
LOCATION HISTORIC TOWN CENTRE
The Blue House is located in the historic part of this lovely Andalusian village, very close to the beach on a pedestrian street, so it is not accessible by car.
Less than 50 metres away there is a small square with a small grocery shop and sometimes parking space. It is a very useful and convenient place to leave people or luggage.
SLEEP
On the middle floor, where the entrance is, there is a double bedroom and a large bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and toilet.
The ground floor offers two further bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other with a single bed and bunk beds. On the same floor there is a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a TV area.
LIVING
The house is distributed over three floors and on the upper floor you will find a living-dining room with fully equipped american kitchen and the beautiful fully furnished roof terrace with open kitchen, barbecue, chillout and outdoor dining area. From here, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the bay, the village and the mountains, especially during the ‘tutticolori’ sunsets.
