RESERVAS AIRBNB
Se aplican las condiciones de AIRBNB y no hace falta cobrar una fianza por la garantia de AIRCOVER
¿Qué es AirCover?
AirCover es la protección que ofrece Airbnb a los anfitriones. Incluye:
Cobertura por daños (hasta cierto límite).
Protección frente a responsabilidad civil.
Verificación de huéspedes.
Soporte en caso de problemas graves.
Pagos
Reservas en la página de Blue Bay:
Con tarjeta de crédito: En el momento de la reserva, el 25 % del total de la reserva.
Transferencia bancaria:
recibirás un correo electrónico con las instrucciones.
Reservas en Booking.com
Con tarjeta de crédito cuando acaba el tiempo de cancelación.
Reservas en AirBnB
Usted paga directamente a AirBnB
Duración de las estancias
La estancia mínima varía entre 2 días y 11 meses, dependiendo de la propiedad y la temporada.
Fianza
Con Swikly, especialista en depósitos de seguridad online, solicitamos un depósito online mediante tarjeta de crédito. El límite de su tarjeta no se verá reducido. Swikly es un árbitro imparcial y se encarga de gestionar cualquier disputa.
Mascotas
Algunos propietarios admiten perros, por favor, compruébelo antes de reservar.
Suplemento de 10 € por noche y mascota, más un depósito de seguridad adicional de 300 € por mascota con Swikly.
No se admiten mascotas en el sofá ni en las camas y no se pueden dejar solas en el alojamiento.
Cualquier daño causado por las mascotas será responsabilidad del huésped, que deberá cubrir el coste de la reparación o sustitución.
Identificación
De acuerdo con la nueva normativa del Gobierno español, deberá registrar a todos los huéspedes a través del enlace Checkin que encontrará en su guía de huesped personalizada.
Normas importantes de la casa
No se permiten fiestas ni reuniones bajo ninguna circunstancia, ni se admiten visitantes que no figuren en la reserva sin permiso previo por escrito de Blue Bay.
Check In - Out
Las propiedades, en general, estarán a su disposición desde las 16:00 horas del día de llegada hasta las 10:00 horas del día de salida.
Check-in antes y check-out tardío
El check-in temprano y el check-out tardío están sujetos a disponibilidad y a un suplemento adicional:
Check-in temprano:
Apartamentos: 50 € Villas con piscina: 200 €
Check-out tardío:
Apartamentos: 50 € Villas con piscina: 200 €
Fumadores
La mayoría de los propietarios no permiten fumar en sus casas, pero hay espacios al aire libre para quienes lo necesitan.
En España está prohibido fumar en todos los espacios públicos.
Llaves perdidas u olvidadas
En caso de pérdida de llaves, se aplicará un cargo mínimo de 150 €, sujeto al presupuesto del cerrajero.
Si la llave se deja dentro del alojamiento, se aplicará un cargo por servicio de 30 € después de las 18:00, 50 € después de las 20:00 y los días festivos y domingos. Este servicio está disponible hasta las 23:00.
Términos y Condiciones alquileres largas y semi-largas
Para alquileres de media y larga estancia, la electricidad, la limpieza final y la lavandería no están incluidas.
Dependiendo de su contrato, pueden incluirse algunos servicios de limpieza intermedia.
Política de cancelación para alquileres de media y larga estancia:
- Cancelaciones realizadas hasta el 31 de agosto previo a la llegada: el depósito será reembolsado, menos una tarifa administrativa de 120 €.
- Cancelaciones realizadas después de esta fecha: el depósito no es reembolsable.
Los alquileres prepagados son totalmente reembolsables hasta dos meses antes de la fecha de llegada.
Recomendamos encarecidamente contratar un seguro de viaje que cubra cancelaciones en caso de enfermedad.
Cancelaciones
En caso de que debe cancelar su reserva se aplica las siguientes condiciones:
- Hasta 1 mes antes de la fecha de llegada la penalidad es tan solo la tarifa administrativa de 120€.
- Dentro de un mes antes de la fecha de llegada o no presentarse, tiene una penalidad del 100%.
Por este motivo aconsejamos a todos nuestros clientes de contratar un seguro de viaje que cubre cancelaciones, daños y perdidas.

RESERVATIONS WITH AIRBNB
Airbnb’s terms and conditions apply, and there is no need to charge a security deposit because of the AirCover guarantee.
What is AirCover?
AirCover is the protection Airbnb offers to hosts. It includes:
Damage protection (up to a certain limit).
Liability insurance.
Guest identity verification.
Support in case of serious issues.
Length of Stays
The minimum rental stay varies between 2 days and 11 months depending on the property and the season.
Payments
Reservations on the Blue Bay website:
By credit card: At the time of booking, 25% of the total reservation amount.
Bank transfer:You will receive an email with instructions.
Reservations on Booking.com
By credit card when the cancellation period ends.
Reservations on AirBnB
You pay directly to AirBnB.
Security Deposits
With Swikly, specialist in online security deposits, we request an online deposit by credit card. Your card limit is not reduced by a deposit request. Swikly is an equity arbitrator and is responsible for handling any dispute impartially.
Pets
Some owners allow dogs, please check before booking.
Supplement of €10 per night per pet, plus an additional security deposit of €300 per pet with Swikly.
Pets are not allowed on the sofa or beds and cannot be left alone in the accommodation.
Any damage caused by pets will be the responsibility of the guest, who will be required to cover the cost of repair or replacement.
Identification
In accordance with the new Spanish government regulations, you must register all guests via the Check-in link found in your personalised guest guide.
Important House Rules
Under no circumstances are parties or gatherings allowed, nor do we admit visitors who are not listed on the reservation without prior written permission from Blue Bay.
Check In - Out
The properties, in general, will be at your disposal from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Early check-in and late check-out
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional supplement:
Early check-in:
Apartments: €50
Villas with pool: €200
Late check-out:
Apartments: €50
Villas with pool: €200
Smoking
Most property owners won't allow smoking in their houses but their would be outdoor space for those who have to.
In Spain smoking is prohibited in all public areas.
Lost or forgotten keys
In the event of lost keys, a minimum charge of €150 will be applied, subject to the locksmith's estimate.
If the key is left inside the accommodation, a service charge of €30 will be applied after 6pm, €50 after 8pm and on public holidays and Sundays. This service is available until 11pm.
Terms and Conditions for long- and mid-term rentals
For long- and mid-term rentals, electricity, final cleaning, and laundry are not included.
Depending on your agreement, a number of intermediate (mini) cleaning services may be included.
Cancellation policy for long- and mid-term rentals are as follows:
- Cancellations made on or before 31 August prior to arrival: the deposit will be refunded, minus a €120 administration fee.
- Cancellations made after this date: the deposit is non-refundable.
Prepaid rentals are fully refundable up to two months before the arrival date.
We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance that covers cancellations due to illness.
Cancellations
In case you should cancel your reservation the following conditions apply:
- Up to 1 month before the arrival date the penalty is only the administration fee of 120€
- Within 1 month before arrival or no-shows have a 100% penalty.
For this reason we advise all our clients to take out travel insurance that cover cancellations, damages and losses.
