Situada en La Herradura en las colinas de Cerro Gordo, esta casa está orientada al suroeste. Llegará a la casa en solo 5 minutos desde la carretera nacional que viene de Nerja, sin embargo, la parcela es muy privada y aislada. “Peña Parda” es la parte más lujosa y accesible de la reserva natural de Cerro Gordo.

La Herradura, a solo 5 minutos, es una ciudad costera bohemia y muy auténtica con muchos bares, restaurantes, tiendas y mercados. 

La playa de guijarros tiene unos 8 km de largo y la mayoría de los chiringuitos ofrecen tumbonas y servicio.

Nerja está a sólo 15 km, Málaga a 80 km y Granada a 90 km.

Dos de los 4 dormitorios, incluido el dormitorio principal, disfrutan de vistas al mar y acceso directo a las terrazas y los jardines.

Los espacios al aire libre incluyen tres amplias terrazas y en frente un hermoso jardín con vista a la bahía.

El jardín está bien cuidado y junto con la piscina, se mantiene y se limpia dos veces por semana.

Ubicado en “Peña Parda”, la parte más lujosa y accesible de la reserva natural de Cerro Gordo, a solo 10 minutos de la playa y de muchas tiendas, bares y restaurantes.

Outdoor spaces include three spacious terraces plus at the end a beautiful landscaped garden overlooking the bay.

The garden is well kept and together with the pool  it is maintained and cleaned twice a week.
